We live part-time in Seattle, Washington so a family member manages our property on the island. The house has a lovely view of the ocean, Boogy peak, Seaforth's Bay and the surrounding hills. It is comforatbly furnished. There are two bedrooms: one with a queen bed and the other with twin beds that can become a king bed. There's also a dining room suite, and a full size futon, coffee/end tables, and chairs in the living room. We will complete our decorating over time; thus the reason for very reasonably priced offers. The house is light and airy with ceiling fans in all rooms, basic cable, assorted dishes, linens, and snorkeling equipment.

Our house features 2 apartments, one on each level. First floor flat is a long-term rental and subject to availability. The 2nd story can be rented by the day, week, or month--we're pretty flexible.
